IDC Agencies CoP

About this Community of Practice

"Coming together is a beginning; keeping together is progress; working together is success.” – H. Ford

With over 30 development agencies established with IDC support, there is a large amount of good practice, project examples and experiences spread across the country but only limited interaction, information sharing and networking takes place amongst those involved.

As a tried and tested platform for local economic development (LED), IDC has joined forces with the SA LED Network to establish a Community of Practice (CoP) that enables development agencies and related stakeholders to leverage impact by providing an online portal for inter-agency exchange and networking.

Membership to this professional group is restricted but a wide range of information is publicly available. Interested members can apply to receive access.

In order to join the CoP or if you have any further questions, please contact Ms. Britta Ziemann (bziemann@salga.org.za) or the SA LED Network team (contact@led.co.za).

To get in contact with one of the agencies, please select from the list below.
