This is a presentation given by BM Mosupye, CEO of TECSA, in November 2009, focusing on the tourism sector code and the role the public sector can play as a lever to support private sector development and ensure public sector compliance with the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BB-BEE) charter by aligning is with the Preferencial Public Procurement Framework Act (PPPFA).
