This document is a summary of a Business Climate Index Survey done by the East African Business Council (EABC). The council decided to launch the Business Climate Index survey to identify the nature and extent of Non-Tariff Barriers, and to analyse and monitor their prevalence and impact to trade and other business transactions over time.
