Description
The Ndlambe Local Municipality in the Eastern Cape Province in cooperation with the Cacadu District Municipality and the support of the Rural Livelihoods Programme (RuLiv) and the Local Economic Development Project of the German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) started a process to stimulate economic development in the area. In order to perform a quick assessment of the municipal area and to identify economic opportunities the methodology "Participatory Appraisal of the Competitive Advantage" (PACA) was chosen.
