Document: Collaborating to compete - The missing middle

The primary objective of this paper is to provide a basis or a shared perspective of local economic development. This document means to contribute to a strategic conversation about practical and more collaborative approaches that can respond to local needs and aspirations and ultimately equip directly affected stakeholders to grow their local economies in ways appropriate to local realities and competitive options.
