Document: Cutting Red Tape - Participants Manual

This manual has been produced for participants who attend training exercises on Cutting Red Tape. Its purpose is to provide a record of the main ideas within the training which the participants can consult after the training, for application to their work contexts and for reporting back on the workshop to their organisations. It includes the analytical tools that enable the particpants to work through the material generated by the training exercise.
