Document: Eastern Cape Local Economic Development - Baseline Study

Description

This survey of local and district municipalities of the Eastern Cape was undertaken to establish the degree to which Local Economic Development is embedded in local policy and practice. It is based upon the results chain of GTZ LED and is sought to establish baseline information from which to gauge the current development and the future impacts of LED in the province, over an extended time period through follow-up research.
