This case study evaluates activities, outputs and a first set of outcomes of the process. It prepares the ground for an impact case study at a later stage, looking at the use of services by the local stakeholders and the direct benefit of the process. Please note that the indirect benefit of the process will not be evaluated, as the process can only contribute to this goal ‘beyond the attribution gap'. The study starts with the explanation of the project structure and an overview and timeframe of the activities. Each result chain objective is then compared with the current status. Finally, the results are assessed, and lessons learnt and recommendations are derived.
