Description
The Learning, Monitoring and Research Facility (LMRF) specifically aims to establish and make operational a fully integrative and sustainable participatory (qualitative) impact monitoring and assessment system for LED in KwaZulu Natal (KZN) and beyond. It also aims to develop a sustainable action research strategy and programme on LED and subsequently implement manage and monitor such a programme. It aims to establish and make operational a sustainable LED knowledge generating, exchange and learning service for KZN and South Africa (SA) as well as contribute to the efforts of developing curricula for tertiary education on LED.
