Description
This document is a summary of a case study of the first ever Participatory Appraisal of Competitive Advantage (PACA) exercise in a small rural municpality called Mafra located in Santa Catarina, Brazil. The appraisal exercise was conducted in September 1998 by two Fundacao Empreender consultants accompannied by the secretary of ACIM. The main findings opf the case study are found in this document.
