Document: Trainers Manual for Cutting Red Tape

This manual provides a guide for trainers conducting training exercises on cutting Red Tape. These training exercises form part of a wider series of training initiatives on Local Economic Development (LED) sponsored by German Technical Cooperation Agencies. The aim of the exercises in cutting Red Tape is to help local actors understand the importance of improving the business environment (BE) in their areas, and in particular the necessity to improve the regulatory framework for enterprise development, notably for small business.
