RED TRADE: Innovative Local/Regional Economic Development and Trade Promotion 2010-2013
Long-Term Training (12 months) in Germany for Participants from SADC
The International Leadership Training programme of InWEnt provides a unique innovation and capacity building course for qualified and highly motivated LED practitioners, junior executives and managerial personnel from local and regional consultancy and service providers, economic development or spatial planning agencies, related to public service or research institutions in the SADC region.
The programme covers topics like:
1. Basic introduction to Local/Regional Economic Development (LRED) and Trade Promotion
2. Understanding underlying concepts and approaches of LRED and Trade Promotion
3. LRED and Trade Promotion as part of private sector development and change facilitation
The next intake for this course will be on 01 August 2011.
In case you are qualified and interested in applying for the programme, please refer directly to InWEnt for further information and for obtaining the application documents. You will receive a form on your "PROFILE" which you are kindly requested to fill in and submit to InWEnt together with a "MOTIVATION LETTER" explaining your reasons to apply for this training programme and a "SUPPORT LETTER" signed by your employer. On the basic of these documents you will enter the PRESELECTION PROCESS, after which the official application documents will be sent to only the selected candidates.
