Event: 4th Annual International Conference on Public Administration, Pretoria

 Professor J.O. Kuye, Director of the UP School of Public Management and Administration (SPMA) at University of Pretoria in collaboration with the African Consortium of Public Administration (ACPA), will be hosting the 4th Annual SPMA International Conference on Public Administration from 17-18 February 2011 at the University of Pretoria Conference Centre.

Conference Theme: Leadership, Governance and Policy in the Public Sector

You are invited to attend and present a paper addressing in the following theme(s):

• Sub-theme 1: Leadership, governance and public policy issues
• Sub-theme 2: The public financial system as cornerstone of accountability and responsibility
• Sub-theme 3: Public sector human resource management policies and practices
• Sub-theme 4: Monitoring and evaluation systems in the governance of the state
• Sub-theme 5: Intergovernmental relations: Promoting cooperative governance
