Event: Black Farmers South Africa Workshop & Expo

July 2011 Black Farmers workshop and expo is the first national two day event facilitated by Moshate Media, it’s targeted at empowering black farmers through workshops and also offer one on one session wherein farmers will have an opportunity to interact with financial institutions, captains of industry, manufactures and distributors of agricultural machinery.
The event also takes a form of an expo whereby it provides a unique opportunity to all manufacturers, agricultural equipment companies, products and services to exhibit as well as demonstrate their vast range of products to their targeted customers.
Objectives:
- To promote and empower black farmers in South Africa
- To ensure growth for small and merging farmers around the country
- To assist in farmers accessing finance and acquisition of resources
- Showcase the latest equipment for farming
- To encourage better agricultural production practices and utilization of agricultural resources
- To instill a spirit of entrepreneurship
- To facilitate the provision of training and skills development for farmers
- Share information on how farmers can expand and sustain their farms
- Opportunities in agriculture within the province
- Share Information on Import and export regulations and opportunities for farmers
