Organisation: Free State Development Corporation (FDC)
The previous Free State Investment Promotion Agency(FIPA) has been incorporated into the Free State Development Corporation as of 8 June 2010.
The Free State Development Corporation (FDC) is the official economic development, trade and investment corporation for the Free State Province and is located in the capital Bloemfontein.
FDC offers services for foreign and local investors, local exporters and local entrepreneurs in the following areas:
- SMME support – both financial and non-financial
- Providing investors with a comprehensive service in setting up business
- Providing export ready Free State companies with assistance in identifying new markets and export opportunities for their products.
