Our Website: Free at last!
Dear SA LED Network Member,
As some of you may have noticed, we have opened up our website www.led.co.za to the public. This means your membership will be free from now on and you can download from our extended library, get latest information on jobs & events and receive our newsletters and newsflashes with up to date data on local economic development in South Africa.
The decision to make this portal accessible to all LED practitioners and other interested parties was taken within the scope of our new cooperation with the South African Local Government Association (SALGA).
As a strong partner SALGA supports the Local Municipalities in their mandate to execute LED. It was felt that there are strong synergies between the work of the SA LED Network and SALGA and that the network’s knowledge and information platform www.led.co.za can be used to provide fundamental support at the local level.
We are glad to announce that our services and other offerings will be improved in accordance to your needs. Thanks to your replies to our online survey we know that most of you are interested in more case studies and success stories on LED and that you want the website to be more interactive.
We are on our way to realize just that and we would like to encourage you to raise questions and start discussions in our Forum.
The forum is only as interesting and useful as the people that actually participate in the communication. You are the experts and implementers because you deal with LED issues in your daily work!
We as the SA LED Network team are here to gather the topics and issues YOU raise and make that information available to the right recipients. That’s our job.
We also would like to take the opportunity to thank you for your contributions in the form of feedback, questions and interesting content and new jobs & events that you regularly send us. Keep on doing so.
You want more information on our latest developments or have any questions? Please, do not hesitate to contact us: contact@led.co.za
Enjoy your day!
Your SA LED Network Team
