New EIA Regulations and LED online debate
Dear SA LED Network Member,
The new Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) regulations by the Department of Environmental Affairs came into effect on 02/08/2010, signalling the start of the official implementation process of a new regime aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of EIA.
