According to a recent survey by Mercer Consultants, Cape Town has the best quality of life in sub-saharan Africa, followed by Jo'burg. Quality of life is a popular measure made up a large variety of different indicators combined, including crime, services, climate, etc. But what indicators do really measure quality of life?
