Agriculture the key driver for jobs and growth?

Most municipalities struggle in evaluating LED projects and programmes and therefore to demonstrate impact. We have uploaded a recent dissertation titled "Improving the systematic evaluation of LED results in South African local government". The document contains guidelines for an outcomes-based monitoring and evaluation system for LED as well as indicators. Click here to download the document.
The World Bank project InfoDev recently released a South Africa Case Study on Global Good Practice in Incubation Policy Development and Implementation, highlighting both success factors, existing programmes and support mechanisms as well as remaining challenges for the development of entrepreneurship and innovation.
