This report covers South Africa’s recent economic developments and prospects as well as a discussion on more inclusive growth with a focus on savings and investment. Document: Also new in our online library is the Local Government Budgets and Expenditure Review: 2006/07 – 2012/13. It states that on average, approximately less that 1 per cent of the operating budgets of municipalities is directed towards LED initiatives, either directly or through municipal entities (development agencies).
