Description

A competitiveness club is a group of between twelve and thirty small businesses that meet together on a regular basis to follow a structured, facilitated process aimed at improving competitiveness. Competitiveness is enhanced by introducing measures to increase sales and revenue, and by retaining and creating new jobs. The process involves benchmarking against best practice in order to enable small businesses to identify performance gaps and opportunities to improve the way they do business
